Battleborn Goes Mobile With Battleborn Tap

June 6, 2016

Alongside Battleborn’s release, a mobile spin-off quietly made its way to the app stores. Battleborn Tap takes the heroes and design direction from Battleborn and wraps them into an addictive tapper on iOS and Android. I’ve been enjoying the game for the past few days, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite mobile games.

Some screens from Battleborn Tap.

The game is pretty easy to pick up because it follows a similar formula of other tapper/team building mobile games. As you progress through wave after wave of enemies you earn gold that can be spent on character upgrades and new heroes. Once you’ve reached level 30 you’re able to prestige and gain xp towards unlocking additional heroes.

Each hero has three accessory slots that can be filled with trinkets that vary in rarity. The accessories can be acquired faster if you spend money, but everything can eventually be earned by just playing the game and taking advantages of special offers. If this sounds up your alley the game is available through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
